    1. Body of the tank

    The tank is rectangular, all are welded by stainless steal(1Cr18Ni9Ti), The body is polishing, pickling and passivation treatment. In order to prevent liquid contamination, easy cleaning. The back and top of the tank has hte high temperature resistant glass window, The window needs to install the lamp. Light through glass, can observe the working condition of the machine at any time. The bottom in the tank has the strainer, The liquid is filtered into the circulating pump, to prevent the yarn and etc. into the pump body damaged parts ot the machine. Strainer equipped 2 heating tupe with small holes. Steam directly through a small hole for heating liquid,Undder the tank,there are  liquid discharge valve to remove waste liquid in the tank. There is a feeding cylinder at left,use the manual vale to control the dye solutions.

    2. Liquid circulation system

    The liquid in the tank goes into the circulation through strainer tube,then goes into the spray pipes by circulation valve, the yarn is sprayed or returned to the tank by the return valve.On the other hand, mixing the solution into the tank,the circulating pump should be started when temperature rise. Circulating pump and valve are all made of stainless steal. After the liquid goes into the spray pipes, will be sprayed from the holes of the pipe. Forced to work by the yarn bundle which is hanging on the nozzle.It can improve the treatment efficient. After the liquid flows go through the yarn bundle, the liquid flow is repeatedly used in the tank.

    3. Drive system of spray pipe

    The nozzle is driven by a motor driven by a V-belt pulley, Worm wheel rotates 6 turning rods. In the end, a cam is connected with the worm rod, The cam linkage by the connecting rod and the circulating valve. When turning rod turns around a circle. circulating valve control fluid jet half circle,the other circle flow return to the tank by the return pipe,then nozzole stops spraying.
